GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING ACCOMODATION FOR NLS-33 PARTICIPANTS

(A) For participants from DAE units

1. Participants from DAE units are requested to book their accommodation in the hotels suggested in the attached ‘List of Hotels for NLS-33’. They will be issued Certificate of ‘Non-availability of Accommodation in RRCAT Guest House’ during the symposium.

  • The delegates are requested to book hotel rooms on their own in any recommended hotel using the booking code ‘NLS-33-RRCAT’.
  • During the NLS-33, the transport facility for pick-up and drop will be made available between the recommended hotels and Medi-Caps University in morning and evening. It will not be possible to arrange transport facility for delegates staying in the hotels other than mentioned in the list.
  • After confirmation of booking, please inform the name of your hotel with date of check in and check out to the organizers of NLS-33 at the following email id with subject line as ‘Information about Accomodation in Hotel during NLS-33’.

It will help the organizers to arrange transport between above hotels and the venue for the delegates.

(B) For Non-DAE participants (‘Students’ and ‘Academic & Govt. Organization’ )

2. The participants in the category of ‘Students’ and ‘Academic & Govt. Organization’ (i.e. Non-DAE employees) will be provided accommodation in ‘RRCAT Guest House/Hostel’ and ‘Medi-caps University Girls Hostel’ on their request for the period of 5-10 March, 2025.

  • Only the ‘Female students’ will be provided accommodation in the ‘Medi-caps University Girls Hostel’.
  • ‘Male students’ and ‘Non-DAE employees (Male and Female both)’ will be accommodated in ‘RRCAT Guest House/Hostel’.
  • The participants of Category (B) will have to upload their request and itinerary in the link provided below.

3. The transport between ‘RRCAT Guest House/Hostel’ and the venue will be made available in morning and evening for the delegates during the symposium.

4.  Aadhar Card is mandatory for checking in the ‘RRCAT Guest House/Hostel’.

5. Room charges in ‘RRCAT Guest House/Hostel’ are to be paid by the occupants.
